IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Due to Brexit and EU VAT e-commerce reforms coming into force July 1st, international deliveries are subject to customs fees and duties upon delivery. Please note these depend on the country of import and we are not responsible for these. Please be aware if ordering from outside the UK, you will need to pay these duties before receiving your order. We are working on improving the overall delivery experience and preventing any additional fees in the near future.
The following terms and conditions along with Clause 2 of our Terms of Sales constitute our shipping policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO THE UK
Please note the estimated delivery time is estimated from the moment the order is dispatched and in no way guaranteed. Delays in deliveries are out of our control. We always aim to despatch orders within 24 hours, and maximum within 48 hours. However, please note we might experience delays depending on the volume of sales.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO EUROPE
Internationals deliveries outside the UK are restricted to 1 item. If you order more than 1 item, you will receive as many parcels as items you ordered.
We now offer delivery to European countries. Under normal circumstances deliveries to European countries will take between 4 to 6 working days from despatch. Delivery cost is calculated based on the weight of your order. The following tables show the delivery rates:

ORDER PROCESSING
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. From this point you will not be able to make any change to your order or delivery address.
Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday and no orders are processed or despatched during weekends or holidays. We always aim to despatch orders within 24 hours, and maximum within 48 hours. However, please note we might experience delays depending on the volume of sales and other circumstances. In this case, we ask you kindly to allow a few more days for despatch and delivery.
Please make sure the delivery address is correct. It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing the purchase. We might contact you to confirm your address if we consider the address might be wrong or incomplete. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If you don't receive your order within a reasonable time, kindly let us know contacting us at matinmartin@gulforchid.com and we will assist you. Typically, when someone doesn't receive the order it's because they tried to deliver it, but no one was home. Most of the times a card is left for you to arrange a redelivery free of charge, but sometimes this is not the case. If this happens, please contact us and we will help you.
If your item is returned to us undelivered for any reason, you will need to pay the full postage cost to have your order resent to you.
